Priority role

Commercial Co-Founder / Founding GTM Partner, North America

This is a founder-level ownership role, not a normal sales seat. The person should be able to help Ond create trust with buyers before OSuite is widely known, turn technical governance into enterprise language, and open the first serious North American customer and investor conversations.

You bring

CISO, CIO, CTO, AI governance, cloud, venture, or enterprise SaaS access that can become conversations, pilots, partnerships, or capital.

We bring

A research-backed product with PCAA, CAVA, BAF, AREG, runtime connectors, and early public proof around agent governance.

The first 90 days

Proof beats activity.

Sharpen the market wedge.

Define the first North American ICP, build a target account map, shape the buyer language, and start 15-20 serious discovery conversations.

31-60

Create design-partner pull.

Move the best conversations into pilot, LOI, partnership, or proof-of-value discussions with CISOs, platform leaders, governance teams, or AI transformation owners.

61-90

Turn signal into a repeatable motion.

Help convert 1-3 qualified commitments, refine packaging, build investor/partner proof, and leave behind a repeatable founder-led sales motion.
