Decision Systems
A governance score is only useful if a buyer can understand what drove it.
Decision Score v2.1 separates privilege, data movement, reversibility, runtime identity, policy pattern, evidence completeness, and historical similarity so that actions no longer collapse into one generic bash score.
Why this is public
The score is part of the buyer-facing explanation layer. It should make governance more legible, not more mysterious.
